About Kivotos
A Cyprus house of luxury, shaped by twenty-six years of craftsmanship and excellence.
Founded in Nicosia in 1998, Kivotos has spent more than two decades serving a discreet international clientele. Today the practice enters a broader chapter — extending its craft beyond interiors into consulting, advisory and selected Cyprus real estate.
The House
Kivotos was founded on a simple conviction: that luxury is a matter of intent, not ornament. From a first commission in Nicosia in 1998, the practice has grown into a house whose work spans private residences, boutique hospitality, fine dining and refined commercial environments — across Cyprus, Greece and the wider Mediterranean.
We remain deliberately small. Every engagement is led by a senior principal from first meeting to final visit, with sourcing, art direction and delivery handled under one roof. The result is an unhurried process, and work that outlasts fashion.
Twenty-six years on, Kivotos is entering a broader phase — a Cyprus-based luxury lifestyle venture, with an international outlook and a widening circle of clients, partners and investors.
A formative chapter
A long collaboration with Versace Home, 2005–2024
For close to two decades Kivotos worked as an authorised regional partner of Versace Home, supplying the collection into private residences and branded developments across Cyprus and neighbouring markets. The collaboration closed in 2024. The exposure to branded-residence standards, integrated collections and exacting delivery continues to inform the studio's independent work today.

Constantinos Siakallis
Managing Director
Constantinos co-founded Kivotos in 1998 and has personally led every principal engagement since. Over twenty-six years he has moved fluently between interior design, sourcing, project delivery and luxury real estate — offering clients a rare combination of strategic perspective and hands-on execution.
He is also the Director of the Kivotos Golden Lady Awards, an annual Cyprus event honouring excellence in business, entrepreneurship and cultural contribution — a natural extension of the practice's role within the country's professional community.
Maria Ignatiou
ART & DESIGN DIRECTOR
Maria co-founded Kivotos in 1998. A fine artist and educator, she brings a background in painting and ceramics, with work held in private collections and museums in Cyprus, Greece, the United Kingdom and the United States. She also founded the Museum of Art and Design, extending the practice's commitment to art and design education.
